Paul Hastings Advised A&K Travel Group on $700 Million High Yield Offering and Revolving Credit Facility

Paul Hastings LLP advised A&K Travel Group, a leading global experiential luxury travel company, in connection with the issuance of $700 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.500% senior notes due 2033. The refinancing also included a new revolving credit facility.
