ACI’s 37th International Conference on the FCPA

Partner Robert Luskin, one of this year’s Conference Co-Chairs, will be moderating a panel on December 2nd, titled “Cross-Border Privilege: The Newest Hurdles to Preserving Privilege: The Lesser Known Pitfalls that Can Derail Your Case Across Jurisdictions.” Robert will lead a group of esteemed panelists in discussion concerning several key topics, including: the newly-launched DOJ Privilege Review Team, cross-border strategies to limited waivers of privilege, identifying differences in scope of privilege, and maintaining privilege for compliance among others.
To close the conference on December 3rd, partner Kwame Manley will be moderating a Town Hall with the DOJ, SEC, HIS and IRS, in particular focusing on cross-agency coordination and compliance expectations. The Town Hall will offer participants key insights from leaders at each of the agencies, including the Acting Chief of the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice, and include an open audience Q&A portion.
