In-House SEC Regulatory Forum on The Advertising Rule

This Thursday at 4pm, Paul Hastings partners Kevin Broughel, John Nowak and Ira Kustin will be hosting an SEC regulatory panel in our New York office. They’ll be joined by some truly insightful guests from Bridgewater Associates, Kindur, Stash, and Duff & Phelps to pilot a deep-dive on the Advertising Rule and some practical changes the SEC should consider.
