With the recently passed amendments to the Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act, things will be significantly different in 2009.

For companies with employees in California, there will be an additional discussion of four new California laws about which employers need to be aware three in the wage and hour area and one relating to disability access lawsuits.

Please join us for this complimentary teleconference as we discuss the changes that are likely to take place and what employers can and should do now to prepare.
