Paul Hastings was named winner of the "Structured Finance and Securitisation Deal of the Year" in the 13th Annual IFLR European Awards 2012, for the firm's work advising Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch in connection with the £302 million Commercial Mortgage Backed Securitisation ("CMBS") by DECO 2011-CSPK. The transaction was the first CMBS that has been placed into the market in Europe since 2007.
