Paul Hastings LLP announced today that Latin America and Energy and Infrastructure partner Elicia Ling was recognized among Latin America's Rising Legal Stars by Latinvex. Elicia was one of only two dozen partners to be named to the list, which is comprised of lawyers from 38 different law firms based across the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.
