Important Changes to Chinas Company Law

The most recent amendments to the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China (the “Amendments”) were released on December 28, 2013 and will become effective on March 1, 2014. The Amendments simplify the process and relax the requirements for setting up a company in China in order to stimulate private sector entrepreneurship.
