Department of Labor Issues Proposed Amendment to Section 408(b)(2) Regulations

The Department of Labor issued a proposed amendment to Section 408(b)(2) regulation disclosure requirements. If the amendment is adopted, service providers that provide required disclosures to plan fiduciaries in multiple or lengthy documents will be required to provide a separate guide to assist plan fiduciaries with finding the required information contained in such disclosure.
