Hyundai Capital to Issue Dim Sum Bonds
Seoul – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm has advised on Hyundai Capital Services, Inc.’s issuance of CNY700 million (approximately US$108 million) 3.2% notes due 2024 under the US$5 billion Global Medium Term Note Program. HSBC and Mizuho Securities acted as the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
Hyundai Capital is a specialized finance company, offering a variety of services ranging from auto finance to credit finance, mortgage and corporate finance.
