Arthur Andersen General Counsel Joins Paul Hastings in Chicago

Prior to Andersen, Mr. Pollack was co-chair of the white collar practice at Jenner & Block, where he developed extensive expertise advising pharmaceutical and life sciences companies in relation to governmental and regulatory probes, FCPA and False Claims litigation and conducted internal investigations and developed corporate compliance plans. He was formerly an Assistant US Attorney for Chicago, during which time he won several high-profile corruption case convictions and prosecuted over 100 people tied to an insider trading probe.
