Marenberg represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation, with a particular concentration in the areas of entertainment, antitrust, intellectual property and complex business litigation. He has a strong track record of representing studios, networks, production companies, digital media companies and talent agencies in the entertainment space. His clients include Warner Bros., HBO, the Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal Media, and Legendary Entertainment, among others. Currently, Marenberg represents United Talent Agency in the high-profile dispute between the major talent agencies and the Writers Guild of America concerning UTA’s and the other agencies’ “packaging” business practices. Among other recognitions, Mr. Marenberg , is ranked in Band 1 for Media & Entertainment: Litigation – California by Chambers and has been recognized as an industry-leading litigator in Variety’s Impact list and has been named in The Hollywood Reporter’s Power Lawyers list every year since its inception. Josh Gordon
Gordon counsels both individuals and corporations in a variety of intellectual property and other commercial disputes.
