Paul Hastings Advised Blue Owl Credit Advisors, Blackstone Alternative Credit Advisors, and Ares Capital Management in $6.9 Billion Take-Private of Squarespace

Paul Hastings LLP advised Blue Owl Credit Advisors LP, Blackstone Alternative Credit Advisors LLC, and Ares Capital Management LLC in Permira’s $6.9 billion all-cash acquisition of website design platform Squarespace, Inc. (NYSE: SQSP). With the completion of the transaction, Squarespace will become a privately held company. This is the latest multi-billion dollar tech deal the Paul Hastings finance practice has led this year, having recently advised Goldman Sachs in Thoma Bravo’s $5.3 billion acquisition of Darktrace.
