Paul Hastings Advises Groq on Its Non-Exclusive Inference Technology Licensing Agreement With Nvidia

Paul Hastings advised Groq, a global leader in AI inference, on its non-exclusive licensing agreement with Nvidia for Groq’s inference technology.

As part of this agreement, Jonathan Ross, Groq’s founder, Sunny Madra, Groq’s former president, and other members of the Groq team have joined Nvidia to help advance and scale the licensed technology.
