Teleperformance Announces Acquisition of West Health Advocate Solutions from Intrado Corporation

San Diego – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Teleperformance SE, a leading global group in digitally integrated business services, in its $690 million agreement to acquire West Health Advocate Solutions, Inc., a US based high-end business services and digital solutions integrator specialized in consumer health management, from Intrado Corporation, a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management.
