Paul Hastings Advises Cortec Group in Acquisition of MPLT Healthcare

Paul Hastings LLP advised Cortec Group in the acquisition of MPLT Healthcare Holdings, LP, a leading provider of temporary healthcare staffing, placing physicians and advanced practice providers in positions at hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide, from P2P Staffing Corporation.
