Paul Hastings partner Morgan Miller is a featured panelist on October 17 at 9:00 am to discuss Dirty Money Anti-Corruption and Money Laundering in Latin America.- Anti-Corruption enforcement worldwide is increasing, not only in the U.S. through the efforts of the DOJ/SEC on FCPA, but with the expansion of legislation all over the world. In Latin America, newlegislative developments (Chile and Brazil the latest), and the recent disclosure by Embraer, a Brazilian company, of a DOJ investigation on FCPA make this topic particularly interesting and timely.
