New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised ScottsMiracle-Gro, the world’s leading marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden as well as indoor and hydroponic growing products, in its acquisition of Luxx Lighting for $215 million. The transaction strengthens the industry-leading lighting portfolio for The Hawthorne Gardening Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ScottsMiracle-Gro.
