San Diego, New York, and Paris – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Teleperformance Group, Inc. in its $400 million acquisition of Senture, LLC, a significant business process outsourcing operator for government services in the United States, from Kingswood Capital Management, L.P.

The transaction was fully financed through debt, and closed on December 28, 2021.
