Paul Hastings LLP advised SD Biosensor and SJL Partners in their acquisition of Meridian Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ:VIVO), a leading global provider of diagnostic testing solutions and life science raw materials. Meridian stock will no longer be traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and its shareholders will have the right to receive $34 per share. The company will continue to operate as an independent entity. The transaction closed on January 31, 2023.
The deal has been shortlisted for Cross-Border M&A Deal of the Year at Law.com International’s Asia Legal Awards 2023.
